Entrepreneur in Residence

We are seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to join our team. As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will have the opportunity to cultivate and develop your entrepreneurial talent and attitude. You will work closely with early seed projects to refine your skills and gain valuable experience in all aspects of business development.

Responsibilities:

• Present and develop business idea from scratch

• Participate in high-level theoretical and practical training programs

• Work closely with early seed projects to refine your skills and gain valuable experience in all aspects of business development

• Develop and launch your own project with the support of our team, if suitable

• Continue your professional career as a first-line member of one of our nascent businesses

• Design and execute the go-to-market strategy for all our new digital products: commercial vision is key in this role;

• Co-manage the performance marketing budget, including forecast and tracking spending, identify cost-saving as well as investment opportunities, and ensure that funds are allocated effectively;

• Conduct constant market research to inform product positioning strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in startups is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment
